Role Summary
Seez is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead expansion efforts in Germany. This senior role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong automotive expertise and a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong industry relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You ll Do
 
* Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities in Germany
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company expansion goals
* Define and execute sales strategies for targeted automotive dealership accounts
* Manage B2B relationships including partnerships, dealers, and importers
* Lead first meetings with enterprise clients and secure high-value deals
* Serve as a cultural and language expert, sharing insights to support marketing and local branding strategies
* Manage and develop existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
* Provide weekly progress reports to the Head of Expansion
* Collaborate with product management to align development with market demands
* Represent Seez at key automotive events to enhance visibility and create partnerships
 
Candidate Requirements
 
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
* Proven experience as Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role in automotive (OEM, importer, dealer group)
* Strong background in SaaS sales with solid negotiation skills
* Extensive automotive network including C-level contacts
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet challenging targets
* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
* Skilled in translating product features into compelling sales pitches
