Head of Sales – B2B Dealer Network
Position Overview
ARD City is seeking an experienced and strategic Head – B2B Dealer Network to build, govern, and scale the company’s broker and channel partner ecosystem.
This role will lead the external sales distribution architecture for ARD City, ensuring strong partnerships with brokers, property dealers, and real estate agencies to drive consistent inventory absorption and sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in real estate dealer networks, channel sales strategy, and broker relationship management, along with the ability to design scalable systems for dealer onboarding, performance monitoring, and incentive governance.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Strategy
- Design and execute the national broker expansion strategy for ARD City.
- Develop channel segmentation frameworks based on:
- City and regional markets
- Territory coverage
- Deal volume and performance
- Product specialization
- Investor and buyer profiles
- Ensure adequate dealer coverage across key urban and regional markets to support project sales targets.
Dealer Onboarding & Governance
- Establish a structured dealer onboarding framework including due diligence, agreements, and compliance standards.
- Build policies and guidelines for dealer engagement, conduct, and performance management.
- Maintain a high-quality network of credible and high-performing channel partners.
Broker Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with leading property dealers, broker groups, and real estate agencies.
- Serve as the primary point of leadership engagement for top-performing channel partners.
- Organize dealer engagement initiatives including network events, briefings, and partnership programs.
Territory-Based Channel Expansion
- Identify high-potential cities and territories for dealer network expansion.
- Deploy a territory-based distribution strategy to strengthen ARD City’s market reach.
- Build a structured framework for regional dealer representation and management.
Commission & Incentive Governance
- Design competitive commission structures and incentive programs to motivate channel partners.
- Ensure transparency and efficiency in commission processing and payout systems.
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and adjust strategies to maximize dealer productivity.
Dealer Sales Enablement
- Provide dealers with sales tools, training, product knowledge, and marketing support.
- Develop structured programs to improve dealer selling capability and conversion rates.
- Ensure dealers are fully equipped to represent ARD City’s projects effectively.
Dealer-Led Inventory Movement
- Build systems that encourage consistent inventory movement through the dealer network.
- Track dealer performance through sales data, pipeline visibility, and market insights.
- Align dealer network activity with overall project sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or dealer network management.
- Proven track record of building and managing large broker/dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of property investment markets and real estate distribution channels.
