Position: Head of Sales – Consumer Division
Location: Karachi
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for Head of Sales - Consumer Division. The Head of Sales will lead and manage the consumer business, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive growth across GT, IMT, and LMT channels. The role focuses on brand building, achieving sales KPIs, ensuring ROI, and maintaining a strong distribution network in oil /ghee sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the consumer business and drive overall sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in sales, numeric distribution, and ROI.
- Build and strengthen brands across GT, IMT, and LMT channels.
- Plan and oversee trade marketing and BTL activities to enhance visibility and sales.
- Ensure proper merchandising, planograms, and availability across channels.
- Maintain and expand a healthy distribution network, adding professional partners where necessary.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to improve performance and career growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to drive efficiency and achieve desired results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in sales leadership in FMCG/consumer goods at similar role in oil/ghee sector.
- Strong understanding of GT, IMT, and LMT channels.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.

Pay: Rs550,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
