Role Overview
A growing company in the construction / interior design / fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & CRM to lead revenue growth, optimize client relationships, and build a high-performing sales organization. This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially driven professional with strong CRM expertise and industry insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Oversee CRM systems to ensure effective lead management, tracking, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project handover
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction, interior, and fit-out market
- Improve sales processes, customer journey, and retention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales leadership within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales pipelines, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and close high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
