The Head of Sales & CRM is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and overseeing customer relationship management to ensure excellent client experience and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Oversee CRM systems to track leads, clients, and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in construction, interior design, and fit-out projects
- Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in sales leadership within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset
