The Head of Sales & CRM is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and overseeing customer relationship management to ensure excellent client experience and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
  • Oversee CRM systems to track leads, clients, and sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in construction, interior design, and fit-out projects
  • Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset
