JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To Manage the following Retail Sales Channels- Assets and Credit Cards Products,
Branches Sales, Direct Sales, Tele-Sales, Bank @ Work and Sales Fulfillment. This department will be in charge of achieving the retail assets sales 100% for the entire Assets Products ( PL,ML,AL) and Credit Cards.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Make sure that Riyad Bank Retail Sales Engine is the most solid and heavy in the market. Assure that sales section in the next years lead the growth of the assets product and meet the bank strategic goals.

Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of the Regional Branches activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Assure all Riyad Bank are active and sell all Assets products throughout a day-to-day sales monitoring and tracking with a highlight to the low performers (Branches / CSRs) against budgets and rectify their performance against a clear plan.

Oversees the Direct Sales team and its performance ensuring adequate resources allocation and consistent service levels throughout all Regions selling all Assets Products.

Make sure that Riyad Bank operate an active tele-sales channel efficiently and effectively.

Agree with Marketing on a clear inbound campaign calendar to manage the resources.

Assure the best level of product and process knowledge for the entire product.

Restructure the Auto Sales and assure the coverage of active dealers by an oriented sales team who can increase Riyad Bank market share.

Build a team that can facilitate the entire sales operated at the customer location ( Account Opening , Personal Loan , Mortgage Loan , Auto Loan and Credit Cards Sales ) also the team can offer the affluent products to the targeted segment.

Assure that the Assets products applicant get the product within a satisfactory TAT by strengthening the monitoring functions of fulfilment unit and improving the knowledge of process and product to all sales channels.

Manages cyber and information security risks (CIS) by ensuring appropriate implementation of CIS requirements and mitigation of CIS risk assessment (to be performed at the start of the projects) findings in a timely manner within the division/department and/or with relevant third-party service provides.

Ensures department specific standards, processes, and procedures incorporate CIS requirements (as applicable), assigns asset owners for all the IT assets owned by the division/department and nominates “Security and Privacy Champions” for the effective implementation of cyber, information security and privacy requirements.

Assure that the entire sales functions and activities are operated through out a pre-set plan and the performance of each unit revised against the operation plan to guarantee the success of the operational plan.

Represents the function and actively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensures all staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff.

Ensures and facilitates the employment, training and development to the team.

Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.

Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
Minimum Experience:
-
15 years relevant experience in banking including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Language:
English: Advanced.
