Position: Head of Sales – Edible Oil Division

Location: Karachi

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales – Edible Oil Division to lead the consumer business for a leading FMCG organization. The role will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand presence, and delivering sales excellence across GT, IMT, and LMT channels while ensuring strong ROI and an efficient distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall consumer sales business with full P&L ownership.
• Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve targets for sales volume, value, numeric distribution, and ROI.
• Build, strengthen, and grow brands across General Trade (GT), Independent Modern Trade (IMT), and Local Modern Trade (LMT).
• Plan and execute trade marketing and BTL initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Ensure effective merchandising, planogram compliance, and product availability across all channels.
• Maintain, expand, and professionalize the distribution network, onboarding strong channel partners where required.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance and long-term capability building.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance to improve efficiency and deliver business results.

Requirements:

• Proven sales leadership experience within the edible oil industry (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on exposure to GT, IMT, and LMT channels.
• Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 700,000 – 800,000
