Head of Sales & Growth (Shopify SaaS + Luxury B2B Ecosystem)

We are the creators of Synctec.io, a powerful Shopify integration app, alongside a deeply connected, global wholesale and watchmaking dropshipping ecosystem. We have a consistent pipeline of warm leads, a structured call schedule, and an aggressive growth plan. We now need a relentless, experienced Head of Sales to convert these prospects, optimize our sales funnel, and eventually recruit and manage a high-performing sales team under them.

What You Will Do:

• Close Warm Leads: Own the sales pipeline, jumping on scheduled calls and reaching out to structured lists of warm prospects to convert them into active Synctec.io Shopify app users.
• Pitch the B2B Watch Ecosystem: Onboard jewelry/watch retailers, e-commerce stores, and entrepreneurs into our specialized wholesale and watchmaking dropshipping network (which seamlessly integrates back into Synctec).
• Build the Playbook: Standardize our pitch, handle objections like a pro, and map out a repeatable, highly efficient sales process.
• Scale the Team: As you prove the model and scale conversions, you will take the lead in hiring, training, and managing a remote sales team to multiply your impact.

Who You Are:

• Proven Closer: You have a solid track record in B2B SaaS sales, Shopify ecosystem app conversions, or high-ticket wholesale/dropshipping onboarding.
• Self-Starter & Strategist: You don't just wait for instructions; you see a lead list and a calendar, and you know exactly how to architect a strategy to crush conversion targets.
• Natural Leader: You possess the communication skills and leadership mindset required to transition from an individual closer to a regional or global sales manager.
