About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our insurance distribution business across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and expand market share through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
- RECRUIT, Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams & branch networks
- Drive new business acquisition, renewals, and cross-selling
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners
- Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and forecasting accuracy
- Identify new market opportunities (SME, corporate, bancassurance, digital)
- Ensure compliance with SECP / insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong background in insurance / banking / financial services
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million revenue targets
- Experience managing large teams (50–200+ sales staff preferred)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
