We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our hardware business unit. This is a working sales leadership role, you will be responsible for both direct individual contribution on strategic deals and building a disciplined, high-performing sales team
Revenue & Strategy
- Own total hardware revenue and gross margin targets for the business unit.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share across direct sales, distribution, and channel partners.
- Enforce pricing discipline and discount governance to protect margin.
Business Development
- Personally originate and close high-value server, networking, and infrastructure deals.
- Identify new markets, evaluate entry models, and establish sustainable sales pipelines.
- Build and manage relationships with key OEMs (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet) and distributors, including deal registration and pricing coordination.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, recruit, and develop a sales team focused on hardware solutions.
- Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and clean handover to operations.
- Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline.
Market & Product Feedback
- Bring market signals back into product, marketing, and operations teams to drive product improvement and sales enablement .hardware/infrastructure
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in IT hardware/infrastructure sales (servers, storage, networking, end-user computing)
- Proven track record in OEM-led enterprise sales, distributor/channel models, or hardware B2B sales.
- Experience personally handling revenue and gross margin ownership.
- Prior experience leading and developing hardware-focused sales teams.
Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
