About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Sales – Off-Plan to establish and grow our presence in the Abu Dhabi market. This senior leadership role requires expertise in the UAE’s off-plan real estate sector, with the ability to drive sales, build strong developer and investor networks, and lead a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan projects to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan properties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top developers, investors, and key clients in Abu Dhabi.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure qualified lead flow and conversions.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in the off-plan real estate market (Abu Dhabi experience required).
  • Strong developer and investor network across the UAE.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage, inspire, and scale sales teams to consistently meet ambitious targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Must be UAE-based with strong market knowledge.

Preferred:

  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Established network with Abu Dhabi developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Abu Dhabi Off-Plan: 1 year (Preferred)
  • UAE real estate: 5 years (Preferred)
