We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead and drive commercial performance for a well-established automotive group representing a diverse portfolio of passenger vehicle brands in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership , network performance management , and strategic growth within the automotive sector. This role requires a commercially astute leader who can balance operational excellence with long-term market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales function across retail and fleet channels, ensuring delivery of volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market share and optimize network performance.
• Provide strategic direction for pricing, product mix, and sales forecasting.
• Drive sales transformation initiatives that enhance digital engagement and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with aftersales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on continuous improvement and results delivery.

Key Requirements

• Solid track record of automotive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a multi-brand or distributor environment.
• Strong understanding of the UAE passenger vehicle market, dealer operations, and consumer trends.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and improving market share.
• Proven ability to lead through data-driven insights, performance management, and team development.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
