Sequerra Global is expanding rapidly across carbon project development, Article 6.2 advisory, carbon credit brokerage, clean drinking water projects, and digital MRV/registry systems. The Head of Sales will lead all commercial growth, build a high-performance pipeline, and convert institutional clients across government, private sector, and international buyers.
This role requires someone who can sell high-value consulting, carbon credits, and project development solutions and build a structured sales organization from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Build and execute a revenue strategy aligned with Sequerra’s core offerings:
Carbon Project Development, Carbon Credit Brokerage, Article 6.2 Readiness Advisory, Digital MRV & Registry Systems, Clean Water Carbon Projects, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs).
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets with clear KPIs.
Own the entire sales funnel: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
2. Market Development
Identify and engage large institutional clients:
Corporates needing decarbonization pathways
Project developers
Government departments
Renewable energy IPPs
Forestry/land-owning entities
NGOs and DFIs
Expand Sequerra’s reach in Pakistan, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.
3. Partnerships & Channels
Build strategic relationships with validation/verification bodies (SGS, SCS, BM Certification, EP Experts, etc.).
Develop partnerships with technology firms, MRV providers, and renewable developers.
Build brokerage channels for selling credits internationally.
4. Proposal Management
Lead proposal writing with support from technical teams.
Create standardized pitch decks and commercial templates.
Ensure accuracy of pricing, timelines, and compliance requirements.
5. Team Leadership
Build a small but elite sales unit over 6–12 months.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
6–12 years of experience in B2B sales with high-ticket, technical, or consulting services.
Strong understanding of carbon markets (voluntary, compliance, Article 6.2, developer economics).
Proven ability to close deals
Experience negotiating with C-level executives and government stakeholders.
Strong financial understanding (can read project models, cost structures, credit revenue forecasts).
Preferred Experience in:
Carbon advisory
Renewable energy
Sustainability consulting
Environmental services
Development sector
Existing network in Pakistan/MENA corporate sustainability teams.
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication and presentation.
High persistence, follow-up discipline, and commercial instinct.
Ability to travel and meet clients often.
Strategic thinker with a hunter mindset.
KPIs (First 6–9 Months)
Revenue targets achieved
20–25 qualified institutional leads per quarter.
Minimum 6–8 major proposals submitted per month.
Establishment of CRM and weekly reporting systems.
3–5 signed deals in carbon development/advisory.
At least one recurring revenue pipeline (MRV/registry/Article 6.2 services).

Understands carbon economics or can learn very fast.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
