Job Purpose
The Tires Sales Manager is responsible for managing country-wide tire sales operations and collection activities in alignment with corporate goals. The role focuses on driving sales growth, achieving profitability targets, maintaining healthy cash flow, and expanding market presence.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales productivity and achieve country-wide sales and profitability targets.

Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and convert sales opportunities.

Ensure high customer service standards and maintain strong customer relationships.

Manage sales operations, inventory levels, collections, and cash flow effectively.

Lead, develop, and train the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Monitor market competition, pricing, and market trends to maintain competitiveness.

Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate feasibility studies with corporate teams.

Oversee warehouse operations, control stock movement, and manage slow-moving inventory.

Review sales and collection performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, pricing, and approval procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience
