Head of SAP

Gatronova is seeking a Head of SAP for one of its entities.

The Head of SAP will be responsible for owning and driving the enterprise-wide SAP strategy and business process optimization across the organization. This role ensures standardization, efficiency, strong governance, and value realization across end-to-end processes on SAP S/4HANA and RISE platforms. The incumbent will lead SAP transformation initiatives, enforce clean-core principles, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Process Optimization

• Lead end-to-end SAP business process optimization across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO), EWM, and Transportation Management (TM).
• Drive enterprise process standardization and harmonization using SAP Best Practices and clean-core principles.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement through process redesign, automation, and analytics.

Business Partnership & Value Realization

• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate operational challenges into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Ensure SAP initiatives deliver measurable efficiency gains, cost optimization, and business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on SAP capabilities, roadmap, and digital transformation.

Analytics, Governance & Compliance

• Leverage SAP Signavio, embedded analytics, and KPI frameworks to drive process insights and performance optimization.
• Establish and enforce SAP process governance, internal controls, and compliance across SAP landscapes.
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

• Lead and develop the SAP Center of Excellence, including functional and technical teams.
• Oversee SAP delivery, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in line with business priorities.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA
• 2 life cycle SAP implementation experience
• Proven leadership experience managing SAP CoE or large SAP programs
• Deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and SAP best practices
• Experience with process optimization, transformation programs, and clean-core strategy.
