Position: Head of ERP & Digital TransformationSUMMARY
The Head of ERP & Digital Transformation will lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise ERP systems—including SAP (S/4HANA) and Odoo—across all business entities. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation, standardizing core processes, strengthening system governance, and aligning technology solutions with strategic organizational objectives. The role ensures seamless operations, improved efficiency, and long-term scalability through strong leadership and structured execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. ERP Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and execute the group-wide ERP strategy for SAP and Odoo.
- Ensure ERP features and functionalities meet business requirements across departments.
- Manage system upgrades, rollout plans, and stabilization phases.
- Establish consistent ERP governance, documentation standards, and change control mechanisms.
2. Business Transformation & Process Optimization
- Lead business process reengineering initiatives using industry best practices.
- Identify automation and system integration opportunities to improve workflows.
- Partner with business leaders to transform manual processes into efficient digital operations.
3. Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Act as the central point of coordination between IT teams and business units.
- Maintain strong engagement with sponsors, power users, and functional heads.
- Conduct steering committee updates, project reviews, and leadership reporting.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Direct ERP teams, functional analysts, and external consultants.
- Encourage continuous learning and develop ERP expertise across the organization.
- Build capability within business teams to increase system adoption and ownership.
5. Project & Change Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP and transformation projects.
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget commitments.
- Implement structured change management plans to support user adoption.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, data, and business analysis teams.
- Ensure ERP solutions meet audit, compliance, and financial reporting needs.
- Support integration efforts between ERP and other enterprise applications.
AUTHORITIES
- Define and uphold ERP governance standards and change policies.
- Approve enhancement requests and transformation initiatives across business units.
- Recommend platform strategies and vendor partnerships to the Group CTO.
- Authorize final functional requirements after alignment with stakeholders.
- Resolve cross-functional issues affecting ERP adoption or process improvements.
- Represent ERP priorities in steering committees and group-level IT discussions.
- Oversee ERP budgets, resource planning, and vendor performance.
- Hold internal teams and external partners accountable for KPIs and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in ERP leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Odoo environments.
- Proven experience managing ERP across multiple business entities.
- In-depth knowledge of process mapping, redesign, and transformation delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration, governance models, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs1,000,000.00 - Rs1,200,000.00 per month
