SAP Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Expert who will establish, lead, and grow our SAP division. The candidate must have deep SAP knowledge and the ability to build a full SAP support and implementation team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a multi-module SAP consulting & support team.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Define SAP practice strategy, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
• Provide expert-level guidance across modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, Basis, ABAP, etc.).
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, proposals, and solution designs.
• Ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Train, mentor, and develop consultants to build strong internal capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, monitor budgets, and ensure project governance.
• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in SAP implementation/support.
• Strong cross-module understanding (functional or technical).
• Experience building or managing SAP teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven success in delivering complex SAP projects.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Expert Certification
• SAP Solution Architect credentials
