Oracle ERP Expert

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Oracle ERP Expert to lead, build, and scale our Oracle practice. The role involves deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS, along with the ability to hire, train, and manage a full Oracle ERP support and implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a complete Oracle ERP functional & technical team.
• Lead Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS implementations, migrations, and ongoing support.
• Establish practice standards, delivery processes, and methodologies.
• Provide expert-level guidance across Financials, SCM, HCM, Projects, etc.
• Support business development through demos, proposals, and solutioning.
• Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Train and develop Oracle consultants to improve team capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for Oracle process optimization and innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred).
• Strong expertise in at least two Oracle modules.
• Experience building or managing Oracle delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP architecture.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Cloud ERP Professional Certification
• Oracle Implementation Expert Certification
