ERP Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our onsite team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong functional or technical ERP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients—especially Arabic-speaking clients—to understand their business needs and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Provide end-user training, workshops, and ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless ERP deployment and integrations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, document resolutions, and recommend system improvements.
• Support clients in optimizing processes and enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Prepare documentation such as SRS, training materials, and user manuals.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination with Arabic-speaking clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an ERP Consultant (functional or technical).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and core business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERPNext, Frappe, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of workflow design, business process mapping, and implementation methodologies.
