ERP Consultant (Arabic Speaker) - Remote

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and user support, along with strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide ERP solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules based on client requirements.
• Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for ERP systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and propose effective solutions.
• Support clients in optimizing workflows and improving business efficiency using ERP tools.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an ERP Consultant or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP implementation (functional or technical).
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
