Technical Audit – Capital Projects & Consulting

We are seeking a Technical Audit professional for Capital Projects & Consulting to lead advisory and assurance assignments for regional clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in capital project management, consulting experience in the real estate or government sector, and Arabic language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end advisory and assurance assignments for regional clients.
• Provide expert advice on effective implementation of Capital Projects programs to deliver measurable value.
• Identify key value propositions for clients and ensure satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
• Support Managers and Directors in understanding client requirements and developing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong professional networks for business development opportunities.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with efficiency and independence.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for CXOs, Board of Directors, and Audit Committees.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture; MBA preferred (Finance, Strategy, or Operations).
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in Capital Projects Advisory, preferably with Big 4 consulting firms in the region.
• Strong exposure to Real Estate and Government sector clientele.
• Expertise in project management, cost estimation, budgeting, quantity surveying, and capital project accounting.
• Understanding of project controls, QA/QC, procurement, contract administration, and project risk management.
• Familiarity with PMO setup, business process improvement (BPI), and digital project management tools.
• Active participation in trade or professional associations and a strong regional network.
