Odoo Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer with 5+ years of proven experience in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Odoo 18, with strong command over Python, PostgreSQL, OWL framework, XML/QWeb, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo 18 modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, POS, Website, etc.)
• Build and maintain custom modules, migration scripts, and performance-optimized solutions
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Payment Gateways, BI tools, etc.)
• Manage Odoo.sh, Docker, Git, and Linux deployments with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business workflows into technical solutions
• Lead migration from Odoo 16/17 to Odoo 18, ensuring compatibility with OWL and UI/UX updates

Required Skills & Traits:

• 5+ years of Odoo development with expertise in Odoo 16–18
• Strong in Python, PostgreSQL, OWL (Odoo Web Library), XML/QWeb
• Experience in API integrations, cloud/on-premise deployments
• Functional understanding of Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain workflows
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills
• Proactive in learning and applying Odoo 18’s new features
