Senior Odoo Consultant / Developer

About the Role

ZMA Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Consultant / Developer who can independently manage client interactions, drive projects from start to finish, and deliver high-quality Odoo implementations. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of Odoo, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take full responsibility for solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations for clients across various industries.
• Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather needs, present solutions, and ensure project alignment.
• Develop custom Odoo modules and features using Python and Odoo Framework.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo environments.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Odoo (functional + technical).

• Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb.
• Proven experience managing client communications, requirements gathering, and solution presentations.
• Ability to lead projects independently without supervision.
• Solid understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
• Experience in customizing workflows, developing modules, and integrating external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
