Senior Consultant – IRM Developer Service

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IRM solution design collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Define system architecture, modules, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Develop and customise IRM components meeting regulatory and business requirements.
• Integrate IRM system with other enterprise applications and data sources.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with risk frameworks, privacy, audit, regulatory mandates.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in requirement gathering, estimation, documentation, deliveries and review.

Skill & Experience

• Deep experience with IRM platforms (ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or similar).
• Strong coding skills (Java, JavaScript, or relevant scripting languages).
• Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, governance frameworks.
• Good integration skills using APIs, REST/SOAP, data mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client facing and team collaboration.
• Experience in agile project delivery, version control, unit testing.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
