The Senior Manager - Category plays a crucial role in leading and developing our product category strategy to drive business growth and profitability by leading product portfolio strategy, new product development, forecasting, and inventory management. The role ensures a consumer-centric approach in category planning and works closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales to translate product strategy into business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, product management, or brand management, preferably in the furniture, appliances, fashion or home decor sector.
Skills & Behavior:
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies leading to significant revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
