ERP Implementation Specialist

Location: Karachi (Nazimabad preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a ERP Implementation Specialist to lead new ERP deployments, manage business requirements, and deliver optimized digital systems for internal departments. This role requires cross-department coordination and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full ERP implementation lifecycle:

Analysis → Configuration → Deployment → Training → Support

• Gather requirements from departments (HR, Sales, Inventory, Production, Finance).
• Translate business needs into ERP workflows and automation.
• Coordinate data migration and ensure accuracy of master data.
• Train users and provide documentation for SOPs and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and developers to resolve bugs/custom modules.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes: inventory, manufacturing, HR, sales, procurement, finance.
• Ability to prepare flow diagrams, business process maps, and SOPs.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with packaging / manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or API integrations is desirable.
