We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP modules for our client in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Design end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions aligned with business processes
  • Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM)
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRD, workflows, and training material
  • Conduct user training, UAT, and Go-Live support
  • Collaborate with technical teams for module development and integrations
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices within Odoo
  • Manage implementation timelines and ensure project delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Must have completed at least 5 implementations as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, and supply chain
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration and functional testing
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
