We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP modules for our client in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Design end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions aligned with business processes
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM)
- Prepare functional documentation including BRD, workflows, and training material
- Conduct user training, UAT, and Go-Live support
- Collaborate with technical teams for module development and integrations
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support
- Recommend process improvements and best practices within Odoo
- Manage implementation timelines and ensure project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Must have completed at least 5 implementations as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, and supply chain
- Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration and functional testing
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
