Role Overview
We’re searching for an energetic Sales Trainee who wants to build a long-term career in the IT industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or Intermediate students who are eager to enter the tech world through sales, learn real technical concepts, and eventually grow into different Tech niches.
You will begin by supporting the sales team with outreach, calling, and lead qualification and progressively learn niche technologies like ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, CRM, or IT Infrastructure based on your interest.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1 — Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Use CRM tools, LinkedIn, and databases to generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
- Research target industries and approach niche clients based on company offerings.
Phase 2 — Presales Learning & Exposure
- Join customer meetings with senior Tech Sales consultants to observe real-world project discussions.
- Learn about ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Software products—based on your chosen interest area.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and requirement summaries.
- Understand basic tech needs of clients and translate them into opportunities.
Phase 3 — Growth into Tech Specialist
- Gain technical insights through live project exposure and internal mentorship.
- Develop niche knowledge in your selected domain (ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networks, CRM, etc.).
- Support presales demos, documentation, and solution positioning.
- Progress towards becoming a Tech Sales Consultant/Executive.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related fields. (Intermediate - Computer science students may apply!) - Prior experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
- Goal-driven, proactive attitude with a willingness to work in sales-first environments.
- Interest in ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Software systems (any niche).
