Head of School Operations and Student Affairs

Imam Din Tameer-e-Millat Model School & College, Mian Channu, under the Tameer-e-Millat Foundation, is seeking a senior, dynamic, and dedicated professional to serve as the Head of School Operations and Student Affairs. The position will oversee both school and college sections, supervise academic and administrative leadership, manage student welfare and counselling services, and represent the institution in official and community engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of both school and college sections.
• Provide leadership and oversight to Section Heads.
• Lead student affairs, counselling initiatives, discipline management, and career guidance programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
• Represent the institution in meetings, events, and community forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–8 years of proven experience in school administration and student/parent engagement.
• Prior experience in reputable institutions such as Aspire, Punjab College, or Chanab College (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Age Requirement

35 – 50 years
