Salary: PKR 55,000 – 70,000

About the Role:

Tameer-e-Millat Foundation is seeking a senior, dynamic professional to join as Head of School Operations and Student Affairs. This role oversees both school and college sections, supervises section heads, manages student welfare, counselling, and parental guidance, and represents the institution in official and community interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school and college operations, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Supervise School and College Section Heads.

• Lead student affairs, counselling programs, and career guidance initiatives.

• Act as the primary liaison with parents, providing guidance and resolving concerns.

• Represent the school in internal and external forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in the relevant field.

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in school administration with proven parent-student engagement skills.

• Experience in top-tier schools preferred (e.g., Aspire, Punjab College, Chanab College).

• Strong leadership, communication, and professional skills.

Age Requirement: 35 – 50 years
