Union Developers is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Security Head to lead and manage all security operations across its projects and facilities.

Position: Security Head
Location: Lahore
Preference: Retired Major from Pakistan Army

Requirements:

• Retired Major from Pakistan Army.
• Minimum 8–10 years of overall experience in security operations and administration.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and SOPs.
• Experience in managing security teams and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Real estate or housing society experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all security operations and ensure the safety of company assets, employees, and residents.
• Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Lead and supervise security personnel and contractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Liaise with relevant government and law enforcement authorities.
