Head of Security and Capital Market Services (BaNCS)

Lead technology strategy and delivery for securities services platforms (custody, fund administration, capital markets).Drive platform modernisation, vendor evaluation, and large-scale transformation programs.

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for loan origination, loan servicing, and workflow automation solutions.Engage directly with clients, regulators, and market infrastructure bodies (e.g., ADX, SCA).

Manage and develop high-performing delivery teams (10 15 FTEs) in a lean, cost-conscious environment.Champion adoption of cloud, AI/ML, APIs, and full-stack engineering practices in securities services and wealth technology.

Key Requirements

Mandatory: Hands-on expertise with TCS BaNCS (securities services/custody) and Fund Administration platforms (e.g., Multifonds, Axia, Temenos, FIS).Proven track record in delivering COTS platform transformations within securities services or capital markets.

Experience in loan technology delivery (syndicated & bilateral), including loan origination, servicing, and workflow automation.Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), AI/ML applications, open APIs, and modern engineering practices.Demonstrated ability to lead client and external stakeholder engagement at senior levels.Adaptive, collaborative, and non-hierarchical leadership style.
