Head of SEO & Organic Marketing

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Organic Digital Marketing Specialist (or Strategist) to lead and execute all organic marketing and SEO initiatives across GALTech’s in-house projects and a diverse client portfolio in the UAE and Middle East.
This role demands a results-driven digital leader who can create strategies, manage multiple campaigns, and mentor team members to deliver measurable organic growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies for both internal and client projects.
• Oversee all aspects of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including keyword research, audits, optimization, and authority building.
• Drive content marketing, blog/web strategy, video marketing, and organic social media engagement (including influencer outreach).
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on organic audience growth and engagement.
• Utilize AI-based and automation tools for campaign optimization and performance analysis.
• Handle local, technical, and international SEO for both internal and client brands.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and organic digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Data Studio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead or mentor a team.
• Hands-on experience in content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and report performance effectively.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
