Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Marketplace Focus

About the Role:

We're hiring a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance campaigns, optimize Amazon sales, and drive customer acquisition with measurable ROI. You’ll be responsible for paid media, SEO, marketplace advertising (especially Amazon & Meta), and conversion optimization with a laser focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and AOV.

If you track rankings in SEMrush, split-test creatives daily, and obsess over Helium 10 dashboards, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Run performance campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and YouTube
  • Track and improve KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV:CAC Ratio
  • Scale campaigns using audience targeting, UGC creatives, and conversion testing

Amazon & Marketplace Optimization

  • Manage advertising on Amazon Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and DSP (if applicable)
  • Optimize listings for SEO, conversion, and rankings on Amazon
  • Use tools like:
  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout – for keyword research, competitor tracking, and product performance
  • Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, A+ Content Manager
  • Monitor Buy Box, pricing, reviews, and ad profitability

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop SEO strategies to grow organic website traffic and Amazon search visibility
  • Use tools like:
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize product pages, and build backlinks (if applicable)

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

  • Build dashboards and reports using:
  • Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
  • Shopify analytics / WooCommerce
  • Amazon Business Reports
  • Run A/B tests for landing pages, pricing, ad creatives, and funnels
  • Monitor conversion paths and funnel performance

Required Skills:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and SEO
  • Deep understanding of D2C and marketplace metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, CTR, TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)
  • Experience with tools such as:
  • Amazon Ads, Helium 10, Jungle Scout
  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Moz
  • Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
  • Shopify / WooCommerce / Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable strategy

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience scaling revenue from ₹10L to ₹1Cr+ monthly through digital
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation (e.g, Mailchimp)
  • Influencer/UGC collaboration for ad content
  • Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US, UK, Australia)
