Key Responsibilities
- Lead domestic real estate sales across online and offline channels, ensuring strong funnel management and high conversion rates.
- Manage and mentor sales teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
- Optimize sales processes through KPI tracking, meeting quality checks, sales audits, and operational improvements.
- Analyze lead channels, customer behavior, content performance, and sales metrics to drive improved outcomes.
- Build dashboards and performance reports using CRM and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct international market research to identify potential buyer segments and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, HR, and operations to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
- Develop commission structures, incentive policies, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Lead CRM optimization, digital adoption, and change-management initiatives within the sales function.
- Ensure compliance with AML guidelines, sales policies, and governance standards.
- Plan and execute client events, exhibitions, and roadshows, ensuring seamless stakeholder coordination.
