Head of Strategy & Transformation (PMO)
to build and lead the Group Strategy & PMO function for a fast-growing regional logistics platform.
The organization is entering its next phase of growth — expanding across the UAE and India, scaling its logistics and cold chain platforms, spinning out e-commerce technology, and strengthening operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Group CEO & CFO on strategy design, prioritization, and execution

Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes

Lead cross-functional transformation programs across commercial, operations, and technology
-
Build and institutionalize PMO governance, reporting, and decision frameworks
-
Drive execution excellence, accountability, and operational discipline across all business units
👤
Ideal Candidate
-
8–12 years of experience in
top-tier consulting (MBB / Big 4)
or
corporate strategy/PMO
roles
-
Proven track record of delivering
transformation and execution
(not just strategy decks)

Exposure to
logistics / supply chain / industrial tech
preferred

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
-
High ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to operate in ambiguity
