Head of Supply Chain

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee demand & supply planning, procurement, production coordination, and logistics.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency and cost performance.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role (Head / Director level).
• Strong background in supply chain, logistics, planning, and procurement.
• Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / perfume industry is a strong advantage .
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
