Role Overview
Leads all procurement, logistics, and vendor management functions across data center projects. Ensures on-time availability of materials, OEM equipment, and long-lead items within cost and quality norms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the category-wise sourcing strategy for civil, MEP, electrical, and IT equipment.

Identify, pre-qualify, and onboard key OEMs and suppliers (Cummins, Siemens, Schneider, Trane, ABB, Honeywell).

Manage global procurement for long-lead imports and domestic vendor localization.

Oversee contract negotiations, framework agreements, and supplier risk management.

Implement procure-to-pay (P2P) automation integrated with ERP and PMO systems.

Optimize working capital through inventory control, payment terms, and logistics planning.

Drive vendor performance metrics and continuous cost-out initiatives.

Coordinate with finance and operations for forecasting, demand planning, and project allocations.
Candidate Profile

Graduate engineer or MBA in Supply Chain with 15–20 years in EPC or industrial procurement.

Strong understanding of data center MEP categories and import logistics.

Proven experience in multi-site supply chain planning and vendor ecosystem development.
