Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Supply & Pricing Strategy to lead our B2C supply operations and pricing intelligence. This role combines operations, pricing analytics, and conversion strategy. The ideal candidate will:

1. Build and manage the supply network and pricing structure for all B2C services (house moves,

2. relocations, etc.)

3. Develop data-driven strategies to improve quote accuracy, competitiveness, and conversions

4. Collaborate with customer teams to identify and address conversion barriers

5. Innovate pricing approaches across different income segments and service tiers

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing & Conversion Strategy

* Design and maintain competitive and profitable pricing models

* Segment pricing for different household types and needs

* Analyze conversion data and create improvement plans

* Experiment with new service packages (Standard / Premium / Express)

2. Supply Management & Market Research

* Build relationships with movers, labor contractors, and transport partners

* Benchmark MoveIt’s pricing against competitors

* Create a partner database with quality and reliability metrics

* Negotiate and onboard new supply partners

3. Collaboration & Performance Improvement

* Work with customer and sales teams to understand lost leads

* Conduct monthly conversion review sessions

* Track KPIs like pricing accuracy, conversion rate, and supply cost index

4. Innovation & Process Building

* Automate and speed up quotation and rate collection processes

* Create feedback loops between customer insights and supply actions

* Identify and optimize underperforming move categories

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related (Master’s preferred)

* 4–6 years’ experience in pricing, supply, or operations (ideally logistics or mobility)

* Strong analytical and Excel/BI tool skills

* Deep understanding of Pakistan’s logistics rate dynamics

* Experience improving KPIs such as conversion rate and pricing efficiency

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
