We are seeking an experienced and visionary Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our core recruitment function. Your primary focus will be on attracting, hiring, and retaining the exceptional professionals who will uphold our standards across all facets of the bank.

Your Mission (Key Responsibilities):


  • Strategic TA Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies that specifically support the staffing needs of our core banking units, including Corporate, Retail, Treasury, and Operations.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: You will work in close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align talent acquisition efforts with departmental workforce planning, employee development, and succession management goals.
  • Sector Expertise: Develop targeted sourcing plans to identify experienced banking professionals, regulatory compliance specialists, and risk management experts within the financial sector.
  • Team & Process Management: Oversee and mentor the TA team, optimizing full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and a consistently professional candidate experience.
  • Employer Brand & Culture: Act as a custodian of the DenizBank culture. Promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), emphasizing our stability, expertise, and commitment to long-term career growth in the financial industry.
  • Metrics and Compliance: Utilize HR metrics to drive accountability and continuous process improvement, while ensuring all recruitment practices adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.



What You Bring to the Helm (Required Qualifications):


  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Preferably, prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is a significant advantage, demonstrating an understanding of the sector’s specialized talent market.
  • Proven expertise in strategically recruiting for complex, senior-level roles in areas such as Credit Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Commercial Banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with HRBPs and senior business leaders.
  • Experience in designing effective sourcing and employer branding strategies on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • High proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Excellent command of both Turkish and English (written and verbal operational success.)
