Key Skills:

• Expertise in EYFS curriculum and instructional leadership
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Data-driven approach to improving learning outcomes
• Experience in international/bilingual education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s in Education or Leadership preferred)
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience, with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience in curriculum development and teacher training
