About the Role
ActingAssistant is on a mission to make AI-powered interviewing accessible to every organization. We’re now looking for a
Head of Transformation
to help shape how this change happens, inside organizations, across markets, and ultimately across the hiring industry.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a
change leadership role
at the intersection of
HR, AI, and go-to-market execution

What You’ll Do1. Drive Hiring Transformation Narratives

Shape how ActingAssistant talks about
fairness, bias, speed, and signal in hiring

Create compelling content (LinkedIn, carousels, short videos, POVs, case studies)
-
Position AI-led interviewing as an
operating shift
, not a tool
2. Lead Go-to-Market Transformation

Design and test GTM funnels across content, outbound, PLG, and paid channels
-
Work hands-on with messaging, landing pages, CTAs, and trial flows
-
Use data to continuously refine conversion, activation, and engagement
3. Enable Customer & Partner Adoption

Engage HR leaders, recruitment agencies, universities, and BPOs
-
Build partnerships with HR associations, communities, and HR tech platforms
-
Support enterprise pilots and help translate pilots into scaled rollouts
4. Build a Category, Not Just a Brand

Grow ActingAssistant’s presence across LinkedIn and industry forums
-
Turn early customers into advocates through stories and proof points
-
Help define what “AI-powered interviewing” should actually mean in practice.
What We’re Looking For
-
5–10 years experience across
transformation, growth, marketing, BD, or consulting
-
Strong understanding of HR, talent, or enterprise change environments
-
Proven ability to take complex ideas and make them simple, credible, and actionable

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building from zero → one
-
Data-driven, but narrative-led — you know both matter
-
Builder mindset: you like owning problems end-to-end
