What is Head of Transformation & EPMO?

The Head of Transformation & EPMO is a leadership role within Jazz's Strategy & NBD Division, responsible for driving enterprise-wide execution of strategic priorities through robust project governance and structured transformation initiatives.

The role leads the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) as a central value driver, ensuring critical cross-functional initiatives are delivered with discipline, transparency, and measurable business impact. In parallel, it plays a pivotal role in enabling Jazz's evolution into a digital services company by embedding transformation across processes, structures, and ways of working.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, this role works closely with senior leadership to align execution with corporate objectives, proactively manage risks, and ensure sustained value realization from strategic programs.

What does the Head of Transformation & EPMO do?

  • Drive disciplined execution of Jazz's strategic priorities by establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide project governance, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability across critical cross-functional initiatives
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic programs, proactively managing risks, resolving interdependencies, and optimizing outcomes in line with evolving business priorities
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to maintain strategic alignment, secure buy-in, and ensure timely decision-making across complex initiatives
  • Lead the development of executive-level insights, including board-ready materials and performance updates, enabling effective tracking of progress, risks, and value realization
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including consulting partners, to ensure high-quality execution and delivery across key programs
  • Define and track KPIs and value realization metrics to measure impact, drive accountability, and enable proactive course correction
  • Drive organization-wide transformation by designing and implementing structured change frameworks, embedding best practices, and ensuring adoption across processes, structures, and ways of working
  • Build stakeholder alignment and engagement through structured communication and leadership enablement, sustaining momentum across transformation initiatives

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Transformation & EPMO?

We are seeking a senior leader with a strong background in project management and financial evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing project governance while having a strong business acumen and strategic foresight.

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, PMO, consulting, or cross-functional project management, with demonstrated ownership of high-impact initiatives
  • Strong experience in enterprise project governance, with the ability to structure, track, and drive complex, cross-functional programs to successful outcomes
  • Solid financial acumen, including exposure to business case development, financial evaluation, budgeting, or planning processes; experience in M&A or related areas is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop and present high-quality materials for senior leadership and board-level audiences
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions, and to work effectively with external partners, including consulting firms
  • Experience in driving or supporting transformation and change initiatives, with an understanding of organizational processes and value creation
  • High ownership mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and navigate ambiguity effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Trello is an advantage
