Description

To manage the provision of transportation and housing services to Dallah network in line with SLAs and standards agreed upon with the head office.

Requirements
Planning and Strategy

  • Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures
  • Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner

Budget Management

  • Develop budget requirements ensuring alignment to plans and needs

Transportation

  • Align with Facility Planning and Standards (HO) on transportation services standards and SLAs
  • Define fleet needs including type of vehicles, number of vehicles/drivers, vehicle insurance, GPS fleet tracking systems
  • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is provided for vehicles
  • Oversee fleet management and abidance to set schedule
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for fleet as needed
  • Monitor transportation operations and ensure compliance with pre-set SLA
  • Evaluate performance based on KPIs and create reports highlighting areas for improvement to be reviewed by Facility Management (SSC) and Facility Management Planning and Standards (HO)

Housing

  • Align with Facility Planning and Standards (HO) on housing services standards and SLAs
  • Define housing needs based on collected input, forecasts, and historical data
  • Ensure that vacant and occupied housing units are well maintained
  • Ensure that equipment is properly functioning within housing units
  • Address residents’ escalated complaints and feedback pertaining to housing services in line with pre-set SLAs
  • Review legal actions regarding housing services and provide input if needed
  • Review periodical reports to ensure housing services are efficiently operating and are in line with pre-set standards and SLAs

People Management

  • Optimize resources and ensure team is efficient and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to employee performance management, and provide formal and informal feedback to support professional development and maximize performance
