Job Description

Lead and manage the content creation unit, overseeing writers, designers, videographers, and creative staff to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
Develop and execute the organization’s content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and communication goals across all platforms.
Supervise end-to-end content production, including ideation, scripting, design, video creation, and final approval of all deliverables.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, initiatives, and communication priorities with accurate and compelling content.
Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards, editorial guidelines, and governance processes.
Monitor content performance and use analytics to optimize future content, formats, and storytelling approaches.
