Head of Video Editors

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Video Editors to lead the entire content output across Shahveer Jafry’s Main, Second, and Gaming YouTube channels. This is not just an editing role you will be the creative and technical backbone of our post-production pipeline, setting quality standards and ensuring everything that goes live reflects our brand at its best.

You will own the quality across all long-form YouTube videos, short-form Reels, thumbnails, and channel graphics. You are expected to deeply understand Shahveer’s content style and tone, review and approve edits before publishing, and lead creative direction across all formats.

A critical part of this role is overseeing data backup immediately after every shoot. You will be responsible for ensuring footage is backed up as soon as the shoot wraps and promptly delivered to the editor so the editing process begins without any delay.

You will manage and mentor a team of editors communicating clearly what to edit, how to edit it, and building standardized workflows to keep quality consistent. You will also oversee thumbnail designs, motion graphics, end screens, and all visual branding elements.

On the technical side, you will use AI-powered tools such as higgsfield and similar softwares to enhance footage quality, and manage delivery specs across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Required Skills

3+ years of post-production experience for a YouTube channel or digital media brand. Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, strong DaVinci Resolve for color grading, solid After Effects for motion graphics, experience with YouTube thumbnail design, and familiarity with AI enhancement tools. Strong editorial instincts and clear communication skills are a must.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
