Head-Operations

Responsibilities

To lead the operations section in Construction Department managing the technical operations supporting all disciplines of construction engineering (Civil, MEP, Electrical, HVAC & plumbing & FFEI) and the construction workshop inclusive of fabrication and carpentary works undertaken therein pertaining to construction and landscape projects.

Qualifications

• English - Fluent / Excellent
• Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience; 4-6 years should be of head or senior authority role.
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proficient in English.
• Should have Arabic knowledge.
• Understanding of Pre/Post contract procedures including familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Own a Car: Any.
• Have Driving License: Any.
