We are seeking a passionate and creative Pastry & Bakery Head Chef To join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both artisan baking and fine pastry preparation, with a keen eye for detail, presentation, and flavor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

* Develop innovative recipes and seasonal menu items.

* Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and appearance.

* Manage ingredient inventory and maintain kitchen organization.

* Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high production standards.

* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

* Collaborate with the executive chef and management team for menu planning.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar culinary role.

* Strong knowledge of baking, dough fermentation, and dessert preparation.

* Creativity and passion for pastry and bakery arts.

* Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
