Head Pastry Chef

Position: Head Baker
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 5,000 / month
Reporting to: Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train & manage the bakery production team
• Drive new product development (keto, high-protein, sugar-free desserts)
• Excel in baking & decorating cakes and desserts with exceptional presentation
• Maintain high standards of taste, texture & aesthetics for all products
• Ensure daily production planning, quality control, and hygiene compliance
• Collaborate with the Director on menu innovation and seasonal launches

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Baker / Pastry Chef
• Strong skills in cake decoration & dessert aesthetics
• Leadership ability to manage and motivate a team
• Passionate about health, wellness, and modern food trends
• Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• baker decorator: 3 years (Preferred)
