Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in both traditional and modern pastry techniques. This role requires strong leadership, kitchen management, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pastry team, ensuring smooth daily operations in the kitchen.
• Plan, develop, and execute innovative pastry menus, including cakes, desserts, and specialty items.
• Oversee production, presentation, and quality control of all pastry products.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the pastry team to uphold company standards and promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or Senior Pastry Chef.
• Exceptional skills in cakes, pastries, desserts, chocolate work, and sugar artistry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Creative, innovative, and attentive to detail.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
